The best thing you can do on a daily basis is to be still and know that there is a God. Learn to observe your thoughts without judgement in the quietness of any time you have in isolation. Then even when you are around someone who is mildly difficult to deal with, you will be able to react in a much wiser light because you can take a step out of your thoughts, then even out of feeling so sucked in to situations so that you do not take things as personally, because everyone outside of you also has a reason for acting a certain way, and that comes from thought patterns based on past experiences.
